1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

This website and the Earworthy project are operated by Hongdao Song, a sole trader trading as Redbricks Digital (ABN 52 375 745 861). These Terms of Service apply when you access or use the Earworthy website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. PILOT SCOPE AND NO ONLINE COMMERCE

During the Pilot, this website provides information about Earworthy, its music and cultural activities, events, editorial selections, records and production work. The website does not currently offer products for online purchase, accept online orders, process customer payments or provide shipping. Event, project and production information is an invitation to enquire and is not a binding offer. If Earworthy later offers paid products, tickets or services, any additional price, refund, delivery and transaction terms will be presented before payment.

3. EVENT AND PROGRAM INFORMATION

We aim to keep event dates, locations, line-ups, availability and other published details accurate. Events and programs can change, be postponed or be cancelled. Please check the relevant event page and any direct communication before attending. Nothing on this website guarantees admission, availability or a particular program unless expressly confirmed in writing.

You may access and use the website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. Information submitted through the Contact form or newsletter is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Newsletter subscription is voluntary and you may unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
